Hull College is proud to be taking part in Hull Open Studios 2026, giving visitors a unique opportunity to step inside the creative heart of our Hull School of Art & Design and experience the incredible work of our talented students.
Organised by Humber Street Gallery, Hull Open Studios is a celebration of creativity and community across the city. The event invites artists, makers, and creative organisations to open their doors, share their work, and connect directly with the public as part of a citywide showcase of Hull’s thriving arts scene.
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, which saw more than 20 artists, studio providers and creative businesses take part, this year we are opening our own studios and workshop spaces to give visitors an exclusive look at the next generation of creative talent.
Guests will have the chance to explore inspiring student work across a range of disciplines, meet some the artists behind the pieces, and discover how creativity is nurtured within our vibrant learning environment
As well as celebrating student talent, the event will also give prospective students and visitors the chance to learn more about our extensive range of Art & Design courses, available at a variety of levels for both school leavers and adult learners across Further and Higher Education.
Whether you are passionate about the arts, considering a future in the creative industries, or simply looking for inspiration, Hull Open Studios offers the perfect opportunity to see where creativity comes to life at Hull College.
