Applying for an apprenticeship is just like applying for a job – so a strong CV is essential. Include your interests, work experience, qualifications, and anything that shows who you are. Add your values, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for in an employer. It all helps you stand out.

Already found an employer who wants to take you on? Great! Send us their details at apprenticeships@hull-college.ac.uk and we’ll take it from there.

Once you apply, the employer will review your application and decide whether to invite you to an interview. This could come directly from the employer or via our Apprenticeships Team.

If you secure the role – amazing! You’ll go through onboarding, which includes your employment contract and enrolling with us for the training side of your apprenticeship. We’ll guide you through every step so you feel supported and ready to start.
