Course Overview
This apprenticeship prepares you to become a Civil Engineering Technician, supporting the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems and developments.
You’ll assist in producing technical drawings, calculations and documentation in line with industry standards and regulations. Using digital tools such as CAD and BIM, you’ll help visualise and communicate engineering solutions.
Sustainability is central to modern civil engineering, and you’ll explore how projects respond to environmental legislation, climate change targets and net-zero ambitions. Working alongside engineers and site teams, you’ll contribute to projects delivered safely, on time and within budget
