This course is designed for creative and motivated learners who want to explore a wide range of visual and digital disciplines. This course provides an exciting introduction to the creative industries, allowing you to develop technical skills, build confidence in your creative process, and prepare for further study at Level 3. You’ll experiment across different areas of art, design and media, gaining practical experience and a solid foundation for your future in creative education or employment. The study programme is a combination of a vocational art and design qualifications and English and maths depending on entry qualifications. This course enables students to specialise in one of these disciplines: • Photography • Fine Art • Textiles • 3D Design • Graphic Media Design • Creative Media • Fashion • Illustration Successful completion of this Level 2 course will enable you to progress on to Level 3 Diploma in Art & Design or Creative Media.

Your loan will be written off if you then sign up for a Higher Education course AND you have completed in full the Access to HE course.
