The following eligibility criteria apply for anyone accessing support through Skills Support for the Workforce:
- Small to medium-sized employers (larger employees may be considered in Greater Lincolnshire subject to LEP approval)
- Small to medium-sized employers facing organisational restructure and potential redundancies
- Small to medium-sized employers with a turnover of up to £34m.
- Adults employed by the organisation or under notice of redundancy.
- Adults aged 16+ (Greater Lincolnshire) or 19+ (Humber) and eligible to work in the UK.
- Adults facing redundancy or have been made redundant in the last three months.
