Thursday saw the college welcome Kelly Wilson from Wilo UK - the leading manufacturer of water pumps and pump systems for the building services, water management and industrial sectors - to speak to our full-time Plumbing students and phase 1 & 2 apprentices.

Kelly gave an informative presentation about the range of pumps Wilo manufacture, whilst also demonstrating how they all work.

The session provided a wonderful opportunity for our students to build their knowledge of Wilo's range of residential and commercial products, which they may eventually go on to work with in their future careers after completing their studies at the college.

Kelly also kindly donated a selection of free gifts to be used as prizes for students who are excelling on their course and promised to return to the college to speak to next year's intake of Plumbing students.
