Tutors and learning advisors are on hand to provide you with support and guidance with all aspects of your study, while dedicated mentors ensure that any issues affecting attendance or behaviour are addressed.
You will also have access to the College counselling service, school nurse and one-to-one pastoral support with a dedicated personal tutor. You will have your own individual support plan, informed by their learning style, which will give you the focus needed to succeed. All 14-16 College learners are continually recognised and rewarded for their talents and you will be encouraged to reach your potential through our ‘Stretch & Challenge’ programme. This demonstrates our commitment to your personal development and raising your attainment levels.

Need to talk? Free and confidential counselling services are available to all Hull College students who need to talk about mental health, stress or any other issues affecting their emotional wellbeing.
We offer counselling and well-being support to all of our students whatever your background or situation, whether you are on a full-time, part-time or apprenticeship programme.
