Our Guide to Enrolment will answer all the questions you might have about getting ready to start life as a student at Hull College.

What is enrolment?

Enrolment is where you confirm and finalise your place as a student at Hull College. This is for both new and returning students. Once your enrolment is completed, you will be given your Student ID number and will be all set to start to college on the week commencing Monday 5th September.

When is enrolment?

Enrolment will take place at our Queen's Gardens campus from Tuesday 23rd August to Friday 2nd September. If you've already applied to join us and pre-enrolled, you will have received an appointment to come in and complete your enrolment process over the next two weeks.

What do you need to do when you arrive for enrolment?

Upon arrival at college, please head to the marquee located in front of the Tower Block, where you will be greeted by our friendly support staff.

Who will you meet at enrolment?

You will meet with the academic staff from your chosen course, who will make sure you are on the right course, at the right level with the right support, and our enrolment team who will deal with the admin side of your enrolment. Your tutor will let you know the start date of your course and the arrangements for your induction.

What do you need to bring to enrolment?

If you are 16-18 years of age, you will need to bring a copy of your GCSE/A Level results, along with all of your qualifications and certificates (if possible).

If you are 19 years or older, you will also need to bring method of payment or details of your student loan and bank details (if applicable).

If your Nationality is not British or if your nationality is British and you have not lived in the UK for the last three years you will also need to bring the following:

• Passport / Visa / Residence Permit / Screenshot of EU Settlement Scheme Immigration Portal showing Settled or Pre-Settled status.

What if you can’t make my enrolment appointment?

We can reschedule your appointment, so please email info@hull-college.ac.uk to change the date/time of your appointment if you are unable to attend.

What if you haven’t applied to Hull College, but would like to study with us in September?

If you haven't applied for a course with us yet, please don't worry as it's not too late to secure your place this September.

Simply come along to the college to speak to our course tutors for advice, guidance and information. No appointment is necessary - just walk in to our enrolment marquee and say hello!

Don’t forget you can apply for a course 24/7 online at www.hull-college.ac.uk. Once your application has been submitted, a member of our Admissions team will get in touch to guide you through the next steps to completing your enrolment.
