Sometimes we all need a bit of support with our mental health, to talk to someone, and to talk about stuff. With that in mind, we are always here to listen!
Finding someone to talk to not only provides connection, comfort, and understanding but also offers opportunities to talk about shared experiences as well as prevent feelings of loneliness and isolation.
No matter what we are going through at the moment, connecting and communicating with others is the key to living well, especially if er are struggling. For this reason, it's important to know what to do and where to look when you need to talk.

The Mental Health Crisis Intervention Team is for adults aged 18 to 64. It is an urgent care service for people living in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. The advice and support line is available 24 hours a day for anyone in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire area who requires information, advice and support with their mental health. CAMHS Crisis Service is for young people (under 18) who are experiencing emotional distress and are struggling to cope. The CAMHS Crisis Team can be accessed through https://www.humber.nhs.uk/Services/contact-point.htm between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and directly to the team outside these hours on 01482 301701 option 2 or alternatively call 01482 259400.
