National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2023 is the 16th annual celebration of apprenticeships.

The week-long event - running from Monday 6th February to Sunday 12th February - brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is ‘Skills for Life’. The week will reflect on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and help businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with skills for the future.

Join us in supporting and celebrating apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week by getting involved in the conversation on social media with #NAW2023 and #SkillsForLife.

If full-time study is not for you then an apprenticeship can help you get started in your new career! You'll get real work experience, gain job skills and knowledge, and study towards a relevant qualification.

If you’re a school leaver thinking about embarking on an apprenticeship after completing your GCSEs, or perhaps an adult contemplating a career change, get in touch with our Apprenticeship team on 0300 330 2010 or via email at apprenticeships@hull-college.ac.uk to find out how they can help.
