What is Music and Performing Arts
For some people, being on stage or seeing their name in lights is all they’ve ever dreamed of – and if that’s you, a career in music or performing arts could be the perfect fit. The creative industries are a major force in the UK economy, with 2.4 million jobs in 2023/24 – around 7% of all employment. Music, performing, and the visual arts alone account for more than 300,000 of these roles, showing just how many opportunities there are in this sector.
Our Music and Performing Arts courses are all about developing your skills, confidence, and creativity. Whether you want to perform on stage, write songs, produce music, or work behind the scenes, our courses give you hands-on experience in our theatre and studios.

For anyone interested in becoming or is currently a musician, the course is brilliant! The practical work you get to do is so fulfilling.
