These courses are classroom-based and delivered at our Queen’s Gardens campus in the Wilberforce Building, providing hands-on, expert-led training that helps your staff build practical skills and confidence.

We also offer fully funded workplace qualifications in Health & Social Care and Team Leading Diplomas. These programmes, which are usually 12-18 month programmes, allow employees to gain valuable qualifications without leaving the workplace, making professional development accessible, flexible, and impactful.

At Phoenix Future Skills, we can offer our courses free of charge subject to eligibility criteria*

To be eligible for this opportunity, learners must meet the following criteria:

  • Learners must be aged 19 or over as of 31st August 2025.
  • Learners must currently reside in one of the following areas: Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, or Lincolnshire.
  • Learners must have been living in the United Kingdom continuously for at least three years prior to the start of the course. In cases where residency status is applicable, learners should be able to provide evidence of their right to live and study in the UK.
