Course Overview
You’ll explore a wide range of topics designed to prepare you for the dynamic world of travel, tourism, and hospitality. This includes developing knowledge of UK and worldwide destinations, understanding cabin crew procedures, learning basic first aid, and building strong customer service skills. As you progress through the programme, you’ll gain first-hand experience of the hospitality industry, working alongside travel and cabin crew teams to understand the breadth of opportunities available across these sectors. You’ll also develop an awareness of sustainable travel and how these industries can positively support local communities. Practical experience forms a key part of your learning: you’ll take on front-of-house responsibilities in our bistro and provide customer service support within our hair and beauty reception. In addition, you’ll have the chance to plan and deliver a live event based on a specific brief, giving you valuable insight into event coordination and teamwork.
