Course Overview
This Level 5 apprenticeship is designed for aspiring managers to be responsible for leading teams, projects or departments. You’ll learn how to create and deliver operational plans aligned to organisational strategy while managing people, resources and budgets effectively.
Working across private, public or third sector organisations, you’ll strengthen your leadership approach, improve decision-making and develop the confidence to manage change. The programme focuses on strategic thinking, financial management, performance improvement and talent development. By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll be equipped to take ownership of operational delivery and drive measurable impact within your organisation.

Course Breakdown
Course Structure
You will attend college one day per week to develop leadership knowledge and management capability. The remaining four days will be spent in your workplace, applying learning in real-time within your operational role.

On completion, apprentices can progress intofurther study or management roles within their organisation or the wider industry, with increased responsibility for strategic leadership and business performance.
