Course Overview
This apprenticeship prepares you to work as a Business Administrator in public, private or charitable sector organisations.
You’ll develop a broad and highly transferable skill set, supporting different departments and contributing to the smooth running of business operations. Business Administrators play a key role in maintaining and improving administrative services, interacting with internal teams and external customers while adding value to the organisation.
You’ll build strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, working independently and as part of a team. By the end of the programme, you’ll be confident managing responsibilities efficiently and professionally.

Course Breakdown
Course Structure
You will spend one day per week at Hull College, developing your knowledge of business operations, communication and professional practice.
The remaining four days per week will be spent with your employer, applying your administrative skills in a real working environment.

On completion, you can progress into continued employment with your current employer or further opportunities within business, administration or supervisory roles across a range of industries.
