At Hull College, we’re passionate about helping young people take confident, informed steps into their future. Our dedicated School Liaison team works closely with schools across Hull and East Yorkshire to bridge the gap between secondary education and further study, helping students discover the exciting opportunities available after Year 11.

We believe that every young person deserves to feel ready – ready to choose their next path, ready to explore their interests, and ready to rise to the challenges ahead. Our goal is to inspire and empower your students to achieve their full potential. That’s why our outreach programme offers a wide range of engaging activities, presentations, and events designed to inspire, inform, and support students at every stage of their school journey.

We’re here to help schools meet all eight Gatsby Benchmarks – providing meaningful encounters with Further Education, employers, and the world of work.

Our School Liaison programme offers a wide range of activities and assemblies suitable for all year groups, from Year 5 through to Year 13 – each carefully designed and delivered with specific benchmarks in mind.

Our aim is simple: to make the transition from school to college as smooth and empowering as possible, ensuring every student feels confident about their next steps.
