At Hull College, you’ll become a Hullraiser – joining a community that’s all about ambition, creativity, and making the most of your talents. Whether you’re aiming to be an artist, entrepreneur, nurse, chef, or scientist, we’ll support you every step of the way. Hull College is where you’ll grow, learn, and prepare for the real world – all while having a ton of fun along the way.
Here, you’re not just studying – you’re joining a full Study Programme designed to help you succeed. From your main qualification to tutorials, maths and English support if required, and unforgettable work experience opportunities, we’ll give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to kick-start your future.
Forget old-school formality – our tutors work with you as equals, keeping lessons fun and approachable while encouraging you to take responsibility for your learning. Most courses run around three days a week, giving you time to focus on assignments, projects, or part-time work.
We expect commitment, professionalism, and motivation – but we’ll always support you to reach your potential. Wear your own clothes (unless your course has specific workwear requirements), express your style, and enjoy the freedom to be yourself while learning in a safe, inspiring environment.

One of the things I’ve valued most about studying at Hull College is the opportunity to combine learning with real, hands-on work experience. Being able to apply what you learn in the classroom to real working environments is incredibly valuable and has helped me build confidence and practical skills.
