Every year our students are encouraged to take part in the National Student Survey (NSS) in a bid to help us improve our student experience.

The results of NSS 2017 will help Hull College to identify areas of improvement as well as acknowledge areas of excellence.

The survey asks questions covering all aspects of the student experience and the 2017 survey has delivered some impressive responses.

Here are just a few of the results of the National Student Survey 2017.

  • 100% of our BA (Hons) Fine Art students felt the course had challenged them to achieve their best work.
  • More than 85% of our Foundation Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development students felt the course had challenged them to achieve their best work.
  • More than 90% of our BA (Hons) Fine Art students felt the course had provided them with opportunities to explore ideas or concepts in depth.
  • More than 85% of our BA (Hons) in Fine Art was satisfied with our Academic support.
  • More than 85% of our Foundation Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development were satisfied with our Academic support.
  • More than 90% of our BA (Hons) Fashion students were satisfied with our Learning resources.
  • More than 90% of our Foundation Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development students was satisfied with our Learning resources.
  • 100% of our BA (Hons) Fashion students felt our library resources had supported their learning fully.
  • 100% of our Foundation Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development students felt our library resources had supported their learning fully.
  • More than 90% of our Foundation Degree in Young Children's Learning and Development students had experienced overall satisfaction at Hull College.
