Emily achieved a Pass in Level 2 Engineering, a Merit in ECDLand a distinction in Level 2 Childcare. She used the employability skills she gained from her vocational courses to secure herself an apprenticeship through HCUK Training with a local pharmacy, which she has already begun.
“I am massively proud of my vocational results, particularly how well I did in Engineering!
My apprenticeship is going really well and my employer is putting me through my Medicine Counter Assistant course.
I love having a job and earning money. I don’t think I would’ve been able to get a job if I hadn’t joined the 14-16 College, it’s the best thing I ever did. It really helped me to prepare for work.”
