It’s always one of the biggest events of the academic calendar and, this year, we’re excited to host our first ever Virtual Careers Fest.

Forget having to constantly check the exhibition map; forget about hanging around queuing to speak to that one potential employer everyone wants to see and don’t worry about gathering all the handouts to read when you get home - all you have to do is join in online to discover more about the exciting range of options available to you once you finish College.

The week-long event - running from Monday 1st March to Friday 5th March - will see webinars taking place with a wide range of universities and employers, including both local and national organisations.

The full timetable and list of speakers, along with links to register, can be found here (please note all learners must pre-register before attending any webinar).

Looking ahead to the College’s Virtual Careers Fest, Careers Advisor Abi Hollands said: “It’s an excellent way for learners at the College to engage with universities and employers to find out more about the opportunities available to them going forward. We want to help learners be in the best position possible and have all the information available to them so they are ready to make an informed choice about their futures.

“We are really looking forward to welcoming our speakers virtually and are confident that every webinar will be both informative and beneficial to everyone who attends. It’s a great opportunity for learners at the College to meet potential employers, gain new insight and find out more about what can help them stand out in what is a competitive job market.”
