27th August 2019

Hull College Cabin Crew Academy and Travel and Tourism learners will be offered the chance to visit Dubai this academic year, as part of an educational visit.

Next stop – Dubai!

The trip is planned over 5 days in March 2020 and will give learners the chance to experience the United Arab Emirates culture first-hand. Learners will be given the opportunity to:

· Visit the The Dubai Mall

· Go up to the 120th floor in the Burj Khalifa

· Splash into excitement at a water park

· As well as camel rides, belly dancing and henna tattoos!

Dubai will be the furthest the Travel and Tourism department have ventured so far, following on from last year's trip to Berlin, which offered learners a chance to soak up its strong history, art scene and modern landmarks.

The visit will be a great opportunity for learners to see the Travel and Tourism industry in action. From stepping into the airport to departing on their first excursion, learners will be surrounded by new experiences, cultures and events to inspire them to progress into an exciting career.
