Hull College Engineering students have been busy in the workshop manufacturing aluminium Christmas trees to sell this festive period to raise money for the Nice2BNice children’s charity.

Available to buy from C11 at the Queens Gardens Campus, each Christmas tree stands 48mm high with a gold top and is on sale for £2.00 each or 3 for £5.

This idea follows on from last year’s fundraising achievement, were Engineering students designed and manufactured a batch of Christmas themed metal snowmen, selling them to raise a successful profit of £567.50 which was split equally between Nice2BNice and Phoebe’s Lodge.

With orders already flooding in from staff and students across the College, this year’s fundraising project is already looking to be a success.
