Once you have completed your Foundation Degree Young Children’s Learning and Development, the top up to your BA (Hons) helps you to become responsible for other’s practice within the childcare setting as well as your own.

The BA (Hons) Young Children’s Learning and Development is invaluable professional development which leads onto a range of leadership roles including Children’s Centre Manager, Early Years Development Coordinator, Day Nursery Manager and Foundation Stage Coordinator. It will speed your progression within your chosen career - and can lead to Early Years Teacher Status with further study.
