Overview
This Study Programme is designed for students aiming to develop advanced skills in plumbing and heating techniques.
The programme covers installation of renewable fuel souces needed to reduce the carbon footprint. you will look at alternative fuel sourses and the use of grey water, ground source heat pumps and rainwater harvesters.
You will need to have completed a level 2 in plumbing to progress onto this course. Successful completion of this course could allow you to progress onto an apprenticeship and if gained through a Gas Safe employer, allows you to fast track to the second year of a Level 3 framework.

Mix of Exams and Coursework

Maths and English at 4(C) or above
In addition: PPE (safety boots,work trousers and college polo shirt)
