You will be participating in a Fast exciting and challenging course which will lead you into employment within the largest employment sector both locally and nationally. You will be taught by leading Industry professionals who will support you’re learning throughout to make you the best you can be. The course content focusses on the needs required to expand and extend your knowledge to give you a sound foundation in the principles of culinary practices. What you will learn, prepare and cook meat, offal, fish sauces and pastry are only a selection of the exciting modules you will study. Your practical skills will also stand you in good stead to showcase your talent in our award winning Bistro HU1 Riverside. Our learners over the years have participated in a number of local and National competitions with outstanding success.
