The programme will be delivered over 18 months, one evening a week in college, enhanced by blended learning. The qualification is assessed through course assignments and an end point test. Grades awarded D-A*
UCAS points awarded D=36, A*=84
Units covered include: Infection control, Safeguarding, human growth and development, Anatomy & Physiology, sociological/physiological perspectives. You will have access to our brand new Clinical Skills Room to develop practical skills and the potential to work with our Careers Enterprise Advisor in the NHS through the Health Champions Volunteer Scheme.
You will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement, this should be for 6 hours per week (75hours required as part of the qualification). You will also require a clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service.
Entry requirements 4 /C in both English/Maths
