Overview
This is an
exciting programme as of the BA (Hons) Criminology (Top-up) considers 21st
Century Crime, such as trafficking of drugs and people, and its ever-evolving
form, and Contemporary Criminology with new theories and new government policies
that impact society and so its explanation of crime. The course ensures that you
are equipped with the knowledge and skills to pursue a career in the vast range
of options within criminal justice agencies and community organisations. The
programme aims to create graduates who are confident in their own ability to
manage change in new situations and environments. From resilience and emotional
intelligence when working with vulnerable and challenging people, to working on
new organisational systems and following processes.

Progression
Upon
completion of this BA (Hons) degree students may wish to progress to
