
Fees & Finance 2010/2011
Fees for Hull College Group full-time Higher Education courses in 2010/2011* are:
(i) Home students:
Full-time undergraduate fee £2,600 - applies to directly funded students commencing Degree, Foundation Degree and PGCE programmes in September 2010.
Home students living in England should apply to their home LEA for:
- A loan to cover the cost of tuition fees (not repayable until after you leave your course and start earning over £15,000).
- A means-tested non-repayable grant of up to £2,765.
- A loan of up to £4,510 to help with living costs.
All applications must be made within 4 months of the start date of the course.
(ii) Overseas student fees for students studying on-campus in the UK:
BA/BSc - £7,300
BA/BSc Top-up - £7,300
Foundation Degree - £6,200
Higher National Diploma - £6,200
International Foundation Studies Programme - £7,000
Generous Higher Education Bursaries
A comprehensive range of financial support is available to Higher Education students at Hull College Group. The Group provides a generous bursary, available to those students studying full-time Foundation Degree and BA Hons courses.
- Full-time undergraduate students progressing from a Level 3 course will be entitled to claim a bursary of £500 per year.
- Full-time undergraduate students will be entitled to a full Higher Education Maintenance Grant of £750 per year.
- All full-time Honours Degree students who have progressed from Level 3 within the Hull College Group will be entitled to claim an annual bursary of £750.
- All full-time Honours Degree students who are in receipt of full Higher Education Maintenance Grant will be entitled to claim a bursary of £1,000 in their final year of study.
