Pickles, Preserves and Cordials

Description

At Hull College Cookery School, you can indulge in your love of cooking, pick up new recipes and techniques, or simply learn how to cook.

Based at HU1 Riverside Restaurant you will work in a fully equipped professional kitchen, we have a team of expert tutors who can show you how to create tasty treats and delicious dishes.  We offer a range of mouth-watering cookery classes, from perfecting the perfect curry to artisan bread preparation.

With classes for all ages and abilities you’re sure to find the right course for you for you.  At Hull College Cookery School we will not be beaten on quality and value for money. 

Learn the art of preserve, pickle and cordial production utilising the best the season has to offer.  Products may include strawberry and elderflower preserve, plum, blackberry, crab apple preserve.  Fresh seasonal fruit cordials strawberry and elderflower, mixed berry cordial. 

On arrival refreshments and all ingredients are provided.

Best of all you take your creations home to wow your family and friends.
