Description

The Advanced Diploma in Business, Administration and Finance (BAF) is an exciting brand new Level 3 qualification which will introduce young people to the world of business.  The topics will include marketing and sales, teams and communication, business administration and events, personal finance and financial services, business finance and accounting, customer service, responding to change, corporate social responsibility and careers and employment in business.  In addition to learning about core subjects such as English, Maths and ICT the Diploma programme includes work experience as well as the opportunity to undertake additional specialist learning which can be chosen from the college’s whole range of BTEC National Award programmes or from our A Level provision, giving you huge flexibility in what you study. You will also study an extended Project, undertaking a project that extends your learning.

Progression

On successful completion of the full extended Diploma you could progress to higher education or move into employment
in the IT industry.

Additional Information

Guest speakers from industry will show students the links between the topics covered on the course and how they are applied in the real world.
