Description

You will further advance your cake decorating skills in royal icing work (1 year) and sugar paste work (1 year).

The full qualification requires both elements to be completed. However a record of achievement will be awarded on successful completion of either of these elements.

You will learn advanced techniques in various areas of cake decoration, to include all aspects of sugar paste and royal icing work over a 2 year period.

Progression

Employment within the cake decorating field.

Additional Information

White clothing is required, purchase of additional equipment will be advised by your course tutor.
